Matthew Springer worked as a police officer in Colorado for twelve years before accepting Jesus Christ as his Lord and Savior. That prompted him to begin serving first responders and military personnel by overseeing a ministry called WAYpointONE. Six years later, an injury forced him to retire from police work. Matthew continues to care for former and current first responders and military personnel. He is pursuing a career in clinical counseling and specializes in working with first responders. He lives in Colorado with his wife and children.
